• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FERRIS HEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall Ferris Health's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Ferris Health in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ferris Health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
